At Robinhood Luxury, your satisfaction is our top priority. If youโ€™re not completely happy with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a return.

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Item must be in resellable condition

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale products

  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges for eligible items. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or process a return per your preference.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, youโ€™ll receive an email confirmation. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5โ€“10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Robinhood Luxury is not liable for lost or stolen return packages.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@robinhoodluxury.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship your item back to the address provided in our response.

Please do not send returns without authorization, as they may not be accepted.

  • Items returned after 14 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

  • Returns not meeting the criteria may be denied or returned to the sender.

  • Discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
